Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly for fast delivery, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Contact us immediately at (+94) 777989291 or online@peeklane.lk if you need assistance.

Delivery

How much is delivery?
We offer a flat delivery rate of Rs. 250 to any location in Sri Lanka, regardless of order weight or address.

How long will delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after confirmation. Remote locations may take an additional 1–2 days.

Payments

Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely via PayHere. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored by peeklane.lk.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and major Sri Lankan payment methods through PayHere.

What fabric and quality can I expect?
Every peeklane.lk T-shirt is made from premium quality fabric for comfort and durability.

How do I choose the correct size?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange or return my T-shirt if it does not fit?
No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.

What if my order has a production or printing issue?
If your T-shirt has a defect or printing error, contact us with your order number and a photo within 7 days. We will arrange an exchange or refund for issues related to quality.
