Refund & Exchange Policy

At PeekLane, we believe in transparent service and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully to understand the options and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify, returned products must be clean, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds

After your package arrives and passes inspection, we’ll keep you updated regarding your request. Approved returns will be reimbursed to your original payment method, but please note, any delivery or shipping fees paid initially will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not accommodate exchanges or refunds due to sizing choices or personal preference. Exchanges are strictly limited to situations where an item is found to be defective or incorrect. If you discover a fault or receive the wrong T-shirt, notify us within 7 days. Once we verify your claim, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference and item availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains defects, please report the issue promptly. Based on your preference and available inventory, we’ll facilitate either a replacement or a refund after reviewing your case.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for covering the costs of return delivery, unless the return results from our delivery error, such as sending the wrong or a damaged item. In those instances, we’ll provide a prepaid delivery label.

Processing Timeline

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, some additional processing time might be required before a refund appears.
